Yanvalou Designs offers free FEDEX shipping worldwide. 

NOTE: RECIPIENTS OF SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S. ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES, CUSTOMS FEES, AND TAXES. THIS INCLUDES GIFT SHIPMENTS. THESE FEES CAN BE DUE PRIOR TO OR AFTER DELIVERY. UNFORTUNATELY, THESE ARE LOCALLY-IMPOSED FEES AND WE HAVE NO VISIBILITY THAT ALLOWS US TO ADDRESS THESE CHARGES AT THE TIME OF SALE AND THEY CANNOT BE REVERSED OR REFUNDED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THESE CHARGES, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT MORE INFORMATION.

Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, though customs or courier delays may affect your delivery timeframe.

An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

Orders received by 4pm (GMT -5) will ship the following business day.

For eligible returns (see Returns Policy) Yanvalou Designs will provide a return label at no cost to you. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURNS POLICY

Yanvalou Designs hopes you are delighted with your purchase. We are committed to providing our customers with high quality products and outstanding customer care. We stand behind our products, materials, and workmanship and our goal is to address all customer concerns fairly and reasonably.

We will process returns initiated within 30 days of the date of purchase and submitted with proof of purchase.

Due to the intimate nature of some of our products, to be eligible for return, your item(s) must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received
  • be in the original packaging, and
  • have all original tags, labels and sanitary guards still attached.

     Ineligible items:

    • Discounted items
    • Promotional items
    • Gift cards

      To initiate a return, please process a Return Materials Authorization by sending an e-mail to customercare@yanvalou.com

      • Title your e-mail “RMA Order #” + your order number.
      • Please include a reason for your return so we can improve our products and customer service.
      • Also include your preference for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
      • Please indicate if the item was a gift.
      • Send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure delivery to:

      • Please enclose the packing slip with the item(s) you are returning
      • Please note the RMA number we provide on the box (i.e. “RMA #123”).
      • If your items are eligible for return, we will issue an RMA number and return label within 1 business day.
      • Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
      • Any items returned that are not eligible will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be charged a $25 processing fee.

        REFUND POLICY

        • In the unlikely event that an article is returned due to a manufacturer's defect, we will replace it at no charge.
        • Once a return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your returned item(s) and your eligibility for an exchange or refund.
        • If eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment upon confirmation of eligibility.
        • Eligible refunds will be credited to your credit card account (excluding any applicable shipping costs).
        • Please allow 30 days for refunds to post to your account.

        Discounted Items

        Only regular priced items may be refunded.  Sale, discounted or promotional items cannot be refunded.

        Gifts

        If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a Yanvalou Designs gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card in the amount of the credit will be mailed to you.
